The Springford Veterans Memorial needs your help. We are creating an honor and memorial wall to name those Veterans who served our country from Springford Area since 1950. Our historic area is over 140 years old and is a patriotic home to many veterans including the Southeastern Veterans’ Center (SEVC). Special recognition is given on the wall, designated by a “star”, to those who died later in life. Financial support is extremely important, as we rely on donations and material contributions to build and maintain this memorial wall.
As it is quoted, “On the battlefield, the military pledges to leave no soldier behind. As a nation, let it be our pledge that when they return home, we leave no veteran behind.” We recognize their commitment and sacrifice so that others are inspired to serve and help us maintain our free way of life.
